2. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct before making payment. Unit or apartment numbers are usually forgotten.

3. Order normally will be processed within 1 workday after the payment is cleared on our side. For some Customized Orders, it needs 1-2 weeks for processing.

4. Once the parcel is posted out, we will inform you of the tracking no.

5. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, customs checks, weather conditions and other external factors.

6. If the parcel is delayed by the carriers, please contact us first, and we will step in immediately.

7. Due to the effects of COVID-19, the shipment would arrive about 3-7 working days late than usual for your order. We are working hard to get you to receive your order as soon as possible.

8. The Estimated Time of Arrival:

  • If the recipient is in the United States and the US warehouse has the items,  we will use USPS to ship the order, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days.

  • If not, we will send from China warehouse, the estimated time of arrival as follows:

Preparing Time: We need 1-5 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. We need time to prepare the orders before shipping, and do strict quality-control tests and carefully package. This is separate from the Shipping Time.

9. Tariff

We will send your goods in the form of ordinary parcels to save your money. But we cannot guarantee that there will be no tariffs, if there are, you will have to pay by yourself. We ask for your understanding.


10. Sales & Use Tax

  • We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in State of California. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

  • Sales Tax is calculated on the net total merchandise value after all applicable discounts have been applied. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state). Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

  • In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded.



  • We have no responsibility for the shipping address provided wrongly.

  • We will try our best to help you legally minimize impost, though we have no responsibility for the impost infrequently caused by your custom.
