We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Returns Policy

  • We have a 30 days Return Policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


  • Returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving your item will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.


  • To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.


  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items), Gift Cards.


  • Please do not include non-Y.J TAILS items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.


  • Quality problems refer to product damage or product defects such as severe fading, cracking, etc. If the product has quality problems after you receive it, you can contact us for a refund.


  • Quality problem does not include any size, color, and material aberration from the buyer's imagination since we have showed pictures and its description on each product's purchasing page.


  • All shipping charges are borne by the customer: If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it and ask for a return (the reason for the return is not due to quality problems), you are responsible for the Express Shipping cost (If you paid when you make purchase) and return shipping fee.


  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We will initiate a refund to your PayPal account/Credit Card or original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned package and confirming that there is no problem with the product.

  • The original shipping fee are non-refundable.
