Order Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

At Y.J TAILS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you decide that you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, you may request an order cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

Customers have the right to cancel their order and withdraw from the purchase agreement at any time prior to shipment.

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel the order upon request and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

To ensure timely processing, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and shipment has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you receive the item and wish to return it, please review our Return & Refund Policy for instructions and eligibility requirements.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To cancel an order, please email our customer service team with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Email address used for the purchase

Refund Information

For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Limitations

Y.J TAILS may be unable to honor cancellation requests in the following circumstances:

  • The order has already been shipped.

  • Order details cannot be verified.

  • The transaction is suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
